Need to delete an existing dancer from
BoothPoint? Here's how:
Open the back office, then tap or click
on the Dancer tab.
On the left, tap or click the search box
to search for a dancer.
(The search facility includes club reference,
full name, stage name, email and
mobile no in the criteria)
To multi-select dancers hold the
Control key down and tap or click on each dancer.
This will highlight each dancer selected. To deselect a
dancer, tap or click again and this deselects the
dancer.
One way to delete a single dancer is to
edit her profile, then tap or click the Delete button
on the top of the form.
Alternatively, on the left, tap or click Delete Dancer(s).
A message box will appear asking Are you
sure you want to delete the select dancers (6)? (The message shows the number of selected dancers at the
end of the message - (6))
If you are certain these are the correct
dancers that need deleting, select Yes, otherwise
select No.
Note
The dancers never actually get permanently
deleted, instead they get put into the Recycle Bin.
Follow the instructions below to restore a deleted
dancer.
To de-activate dancers, follow the same process but instead of selecting
Delete Dancer(s), tap or click De-Activate
Dancer(s).
Restoring Dancers
In the case
a dancer has been deleted in error or has returned for some
reason and you want to restore her, here's how:
At the top of the dancer's list is are tabs,
tap or click Recycle Bin.
Select the dancer(s) you want to restore.
(Follow same instructions as above to multi-select)
On the left in General Functions, tap
or click Restore Dancer(s).
A message box will appear asking Are you
sure you want to restore the select dancers (6)? (The message shows the number of selected dancers at the
end of the message - (6))
If you are certain these are the correct
dancers that need restoring, select Yes, otherwise
select No.
