Confirm future shifts
Stay in control of your dancer schedule and don’t get left short of entertainers in your venue. With BoothPoint you can decide how many future shifts need to be confirmed at the club before entertainers can clock in to the floor.
House fee Receipt
BoothPoint offers complete back office processing. All operational functions are recorded to a viewable and printable audit system that track all changes to front of house transactions, such as house fees and amended service charges.
Locking mechanism
When operating multi BoothPoint terminals, each system will communicate to avoid booking entertainers in the same booth. Each booth is reserved at the terminal until the transaction or registered performance is complete.
Stop dances before closing
BoothPoint will automatically begin to close down towards the end of each session. Dance products based on performance time will become unavailable if they go beyond the club closing, unless authorized by the administrator.
Override no show fine
With over 200 options and administrator privileges, BoothPoint is designed to fit perfectly with how you operate. You are in total control and can override and amend features depending on your user level.
New house fee fine
The BoothPoint report center has now been updated to feature even more useful reports to assist the day to day management of your venue. You can now view, print and access all of your information from one place.
Retaining House Fees
It is now possible to retain house fees on
particular days. For example: on a busy Friday and Saturday
night you can keep the dancer's house fees if over a
specified amount. Their house fee is returned to them on
their next mid week shift.
Entertainer Tip
At the BoothPoint you now have the added feature of adding a tip to the total bill. If a customer decides to tip using a credit or debit card, the appropriate commission will be awarded to the venue and the tip added to the dancer account.
Required fields
When signing up new entertainers and staff information, you decide which information mandatory. All of your important data is now verified, backed up and securely encrypted.
Head office emails
BoothPoint can send notification email reports to HQ regarding important changes or updates to the system. Financial overrides, fines or charges – you will be the first to know.
Stat report
New for 2018! BoothPoint statistic reports are sent at close containing detailed information regarding the session. Including: user and dancer activity, financial amendments and much more.
Extra high roller I.D.
BoothPoint offers added security measures when issuing high roller verification for premium transactions. New BoothPoint can also issue the transaction with a customer picture.
DJ rotation software
BoothPoint also offers an extended module to assist your club DJ. The BoothPoint rotation tool will keep your DJ informed of which girls are available and when they are due back on the floor after private performances.
Built-in SMS messages
Currently only available for UK venues. The SMS feature will allow sending of SMS messages directly from the back office to staff and entertainers. Simply credit your account and send messages instantly.
Staff contracts
All of your staff, dancer contracts and documents are stored safely and securely on the back office system with additional identification, if needed. New staff and dancer details can be flagged for further HQ verification.
Multiple customers
When booking a dancer off in a booth, it is now possible to select how many customers are to go in the booth at the same time. This automatically works out the total bill that can be paid before, or at the end of the private performance.
