Smart lighting systems provide a streamlined, customizable solution for managing booth timings. Integrated directly with your BoothPoint system, they allow full control of lighting across any room. With advancements in LED technology and sensor automation, smart lighting helps minimize unauthorized usage and reduce operational costs by promoting efficient, targeted messaging by simple colour coded illumination.
With BoothPoint, you can fully leverage the power of smart devices to enhance your venue operations.
With just a few simple settings, you can automate booth lighting to reflect usage in real time. For example, set booths to glow pink when occupied and shift to a softer red when vacant—the choice is entirely yours.
To save time and improve efficiency, lights can also flash as a session nears its end, giving staff the perfect cue to upsell the next booking or prepare to wrap up. Simple and effective.

Another powerful integration is the use of wireless motion sensors, bringing a new level of accountability to your venue. Install a sensor in each booth and connect them to BoothPoint to enable 24/7 monitoring. If a booth is used without proper allocation, a warning will instantly appear on both back-office and POS systems. At the end of each shift, you’ll receive a detailed report of all unauthorised activity, allowing you to review footage and take appropriate action.
